This account has been permanently deleted
The account you tried to access was closed and its 30-day grace window has expired. The customer data tied to it has been permanently deleted; the account row itself remains only as a tombstone so the security audit log can still resolve.
Some data is retained beyond closure as required by law — billing records (7 years, Swedish accounting law) and the security audit log, retained as a security and legal record. Thedata retention policy spells out what stays and what doesn't.
If you believe this is wrong
An account is only closed after one of its admins explicitly confirmed the closure by clicking a link in an email. If you didn't authorise this — or if the account was closed by a compromised admin inbox — emailsecurity@merula.ioand we'll investigate.
If you want to start over
Merula accounts are cheap to create and you keep your user identity across accounts. You can sign in with the same email and create a new account from scratch.
